How To Change Weight With Your Mind

Hold that thought for one minute which will start creating the feeling and energy that aligns your consciousness with that idea. Notice how it expands and begins to move you out of your wounded self where you feel like a victum of food and weight gain into a connection with a higher wisdom where you can co-create with the energy that forms your body and begin to move the energy into a different thinner feeling flow in the direction of the body you desire to manifest. Let me know how it goes and look for subtle and dramatic shifts! You are powerful.

and I did feel a wave through my body. I am going to sleep on it and get back to you…as an inner sabatoer also said ” I feel very full right now’…….but my smile prevailed and that is the voice I am learning to trust…as I inhale and exhale………………..so I will get back to you on this! — thank you!
Thanks for your feedback. My comment is to remember that full does not equal fat. That is why usually the next day your body has eliminated the excess food it does not need and the feeling of full goes away. That’s what the body is naturally created to do!!
Right after I said the statement aloud, I felt some impact. Visualizing what I was saying was even more powerful. I visualized food, then me, eating the food. And then the food actually making me thinner and lighter. What a powerful exercise! As you wrote above, it made me feel empowered and it moved me out of my wounded self. It made me feel like I could produce magic in my life. I think the next step now is to be in this state of empowerment more and more often, giving the saboteurs less and less attention, so that what is just an exercise can become a belief, right?
