Yup I tend to have a lot of CRUNCH moments! There is something about crunching. I tend to buy the sprouted cacao mix (has coconuts, raisins, dates, flax seed) at whole foods....it is so, so good. It is sold as a bulk item. I made a decision a long time ago that whatever it is that I eat it must be enjoyable and tasty and of course healthy. I will not eat something just because it is supposed to be healthy if it does not appeal to my taste buds. I find this to be very important to me. Learning to eat without the fear of weight gain is a huge one for most of us. we are all programmed for it. Thanks Patricia for creating this blog!

I make raw flax crackers with sundried tomatoes, garlic, and Italian spices - they are super delicious and very crunchy. I also made my own version of raw 'Pringles', which is nothing but batter made from pureed/ liquified veggies that are dropped onto a lined deyhdrator sheet in tablespoonfuls which are then dehydrated. The drying process results in the 'batter' taking on the shape of Pringles. Sometimes I season the batter with spices that make them taste like barbeque, and sometimes I'll use nutrional yeast to make them taste like cheese :-) Very satisfying and crunchy experience; they are very light, too, and don't fill me up.
